In order to ensure a relaxing and pleasant experience using the services of Event Mobile Spa, we've answered some of the questions our customers frequently ask. Reviewing these suggestions will help you prepare for your upcoming visit.
Event Mobile Spa helps you book a massage to your home, hotel, or office. We work with certified massage therapists available in your area at your specified time. At your appointment time, a therapist will arrive at your door with a massage table, booster, linens, lotions and oils to ensure a relaxing experience. All you have to do book and then enjoy your massage.
In order to ensure a personal service booking, please reserve 24 hours in advance.
Please reserve your special event 15 days ahead for a Corporate Event. For Bachelorette Party and A la Carte Bridal Service please book 30 days in advance.
We respectfully ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment, however you can receive the service at a later date. If the client cancels the appointment with less than 24 hours advice, The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment. One week notice is necessary to cancel special events.
Our operating hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Monday rain or shine, year-round.

To ensure you receive all the spa treatments you want, when you want, not only is advance booking suggested, it is highly recommended. Guests may book up to one month in advance of their arrival. Some treatments may not be available every day. Call our reservation agents at 800-407-3002 or directly to the spa at 435.652-5782 to reserve your appointments for spa, health and fitness.

Our opening hours are 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and 9 a.m. to Midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, rain or shine, year-round. We are closed December 25th. If you have a massage or a body treatment, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment.
Please notify a spa professional before scheduling your appointment and they will suggest a plan that’s right for you.
A robe, slippers and lockers are provided for your convenience at the spa or you may choose to wear the robe from your room. It is recommended that you shower before receiving your treatment and that you disrobe for your spa services. Your therapist will leave the room as you disrobe and you will lay under a sheet on the table.
Arriving late will limit the time for your spa treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced and the full treatment price will apply.

Please leave all valuables in your room’s safety deposit box or the secured lockers in the changing rooms. Rela is not responsible for lost or forgotten valuables.

Shaving is recommended but please be sure to do so no less than four hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Certain products may irritate newly-shaven skin.
